Libraries as Community Research Centers
The following libraries will participate in a series of community meetings in 2010. The meetings will focus on the active recruitment and participation of under-represented populations in the researching, writing, and documenting of Oregon history. The meetings will support the libraries as on-going centers for research, discussion, and development of significant entries to The Oregon Encyclopedia and contribution to library holdings. The Oregon Encyclopedia thanks the Oregon State Library for funding and supporting these meetings.
