Ken Bilderback
Ken Bilderback has lived in Oregon since 1980 and is the author of four books about Oregon history: Creek With No Name: How the West was Won (and Lost) in Gaston, Oregon; Fire in a Small Town; Walking to Forest Grove; and Law and Order at the end of The Oregon Trail. He was raised near Detroit, Michigan, graduated from the University of Dayton, and was a newspaper reporter and editor for four decades. He and his wife, Kris, reside in Gaston and write history columns for local newspapers and create educational programming for the Metropolitan Area Communications Commission.
